Buckland of Salem, Massachusetts, his three sisters Patricia “ Pat” Fox of Ritman, Ohio, Mrs. Buckland of Watertown, John and Tasha Buckland of Denver Colorado, and John W. James (Yvonne “ Bonnie” ) Wharmby of Rochester, NY, Teresa Cowort of Liverpool, NY, Carl E. He then worked as an ammunition security guard for Fort Drum until 2005 when he retired./ppSurviving is his wife Donna Buckland of Watertown, his children Mrs. Later he worked for several years for the New York Air Brake as a foundry worker until the foundry closed. He also worked for Faulkwire Construction as an equipment operator. He was honorably discharged in September 1966./ppAfter leaving the military, Mr. He then entered the US Air Force in July 1958 where he worked on hydraulic missiles. He left high school in Marlington, WV to enter the military and was in the first class of graduates in the Air Force to receive his GED./ppHe enlisted in the US Navy in March 1955 and was honorably discharged in July 1958. He was 78./ppHe was born on Jin Anstead, WV the son of Herbert Lewis and Hetty Skaggs Buckland, Sr. ![]() ![]() Buckland died at the Samaritan Medical Center on April 18, 2016.
